How will Amsterdam Rentals Tenant's Rental Service help me?
1: Search: You tell us your preferences and your budget. One of our experienced rental agents will then actively search for homes that best suit your wishes.
2: Tour of properties: After making a selection of the homes we find, we plan a tour, as an efficient way for you to see the most attractive options for yourself. We do this by appointment.
3: Advice: We advise on rental price, terms, conditions & transfer, among other things. In this way, we arrive at an agreement which takes account of your interests in the best way possible.
4: Transfer: We support you with the signing of the rental agreement. We also represent you in the transfer (handing over of keys) of the home.
5: Moving in: Do you need support with getting electricity, cable TV or internet connected? We’re ready to help.
Before we start, you sign an order for the provision of services. When we find your perfect rental home and the intermediation can be regarded as successful. We will charge a brokerage fee of one month’s rental +21% VAT.
